AUTHORIZATION & LATE FEE POLICY:
I authorize CARA Cosmetics to confirm the credit card information above to process my payment. I also authorize this credit card to be used for any and all installment payments until my balance is paid in full. I understand that if I miss a payment, or if I am more than 5 days late on a payment, a $25.00 monthly fee will be charged in addition to the installment payment due. Should I miss any payments the full balance may become due and payable at that time.

REFUND POLICY:
To receive a refund you may cancel within 3 business days after your registration of class. You will receive a full refund of all monies paid minus a $75.00 cancellation fee and all credit card payments will be charged an additional 3% processing fee of total payments received.

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
After 3 business days of registration your deposit is non – refundable. You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed registration up to 20 business days prior to the start date of your scheduled CARA Class. You will receive a credit of all monies paid applicable to a future class, minus a $50 processing fee. All payments received for classes are neither refundable nor transferable. All applicable credits are issued as credit vouchers for a future class and are valid up to nine months from date of issue. Credit vouchers are not applicable toward CARA Cosmetics products, online purchases or Studio CARA services. All cancellations made later than the allotted time, including “no shows” on the actual class date will result in forfeiture of your entire class payment. If you miss more than 3 hours of class time, you can make up the missed class time within 6 months. Certificates of Completion are awarded once payment in full has been processed and received and provided all the homework is successfully completed with no time missed from class.

CLASS TIME: If you miss more than 3 hours of class time, you can reenroll in the following course. A $50.00 registration fee will be charged. If you miss your certification class you can attend the following certification date at no charge. You will need contact customer service at 407-622-1997.

What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund. You must show your proof of attendance and include all of the completed homework assignment and implementation of your work with your request for a refund.
